Managing Change
When initiating, leading and taking responsibility for change processes, you need a lot of clarity about motives (including your own), a lot of knowledge about how change projects work and the willingness and ability to be "present" in a crisis.
In this seminar you will learn what is needed to manage your change processes successfully. You will be able to ask the “right” questions at each stage of the process and you will be able to take the lead where necessary. You will know the key issues that need to be addressed to achieve high acceptance and a high quality outcome.
