Business Mediation
Conflicts are part of daily work, they occur in teams and in projects. But often they end up unresolved, hindering progress and mutual trust. Mediation is a clear, pragmatic and well-structured process to identify different perspectives, to clarify the personal interests and to develop workable solutions.

In this training course you will learn the steps for effective mediation; identifying the interests behind positions and finding pragmatic solutions.
You will experience various situations and roles, as a neutral mediator, or as one of the two opponents.
You will receive guidelines and methodologies which will be practiced in case studies.
The underlying concepts and methods come from the San Diego Mediation Center.
