To promote someone is not enough. And to be responsible to do something does not make a successful business executive. You need clarity about your role, your power and your tasks on order to fill this position successfully.

In this seminar you will get clarity about your expectations, your ambitions, and the importance of formative people in your life. This will help you to expand your talents and to develop your own style of leadership. Clarity is a necessary condition for decision-making and for effectively developing your talents and your own leadership style.

Contents:

• Demands: The expectations and demands for being a leader
• Resources: My image of leadership and its sources in my personal history
• Power: How legitimate is my power and where does this authorization come from?
• Corporate Culture: My understanding of leadership and how it fits into the organization
• Position: What’s your appropriate place and what is the right order in the group?
• Communication: Basic processes of communication in leadership
• Motivation: How you can bring about what is necessary without insulting anybody
• Clarification of your specific questions: Besides discussing all the different topics there is a lot of time to work on your personal situation
